At 3-Creations, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at eray007@gmail.com with the following:

If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered by us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
3-Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as we begin processing them immediately. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
